- Recommended steps to take

- A curated list of trusted contacts (veterinarians, therapists, clinics, etc.) tailored to their situation

- Follow-up support is available as needed to ensure the plan is implemented effectively and adjusted if the dog’s condition evolves.

• Premium Support – $350 CAD

  - 7 days of email support for questions

Ongoing 1:1 Advocate Membership – $150 CAD/month

For pet parents navigating long-term care, chronic illness, or end-of-life decisions—this membership gives you continuous access to expert guidance without having to book single sessions each time.

Includes:

- Unlimited email access for ongoing questions, updates, and concerns

- Personalized support as your dog’s condition evolves (adjustments to care plan, new recommendations, etc.)

- Continued resource sourcing (specialists, therapies, mobility aids, etc.)

- Priority response time (within 24 business hours)

- Emotional and decision-making support around complex or sensitive issues (decline, transitions, QOL)

Does not include:
